Brexit contract, data issues on regulatory radar

Contract continuity and data issues arising from Brexit are climbing up regulators' priority list even as doubt remains about any transition period after the UK leaves the EU in March 2019.
Insurers and their representatives, including the London Market Group, have long argued that Brexit would stymie their ability to service contracts unless special arrangements are made.
