Last week I went off to sunny Spain, and it was very much Y Viva España.
Amazing white wine and fabulous food - including a delightful dish of baby squid and vegetables cooked in squid ink - still linger in my mind.
It wasn't entirely without fault though - as a pale, Irish-skinned Brit, the scorching temperatures were a bit much.
